From Seattle Public Libraries:

Children are invited to read books for a chance to win a bike. The Lake City Branch of The Seattle Public Library will host a “Bikes for Books” reading program now through Tuesday, May 24. A celebration and prize drawing will take place at 7 p.m. Thursday, May 26, at the Lake City Branch, 12501 28th Ave.

Winners will be chosen at the drawing and must be present to win. Free parking is available at the branch.

“Bikes for Books” at the Lake City Branch is open to children in grades four and five. Participation is limited to the first 50 children who enter their name after reading five books between now and May 24. Each entry will require a short oral book report to a librarian. One girl and one boy each will win a bike.
“Bikes for Books” is sponsored by the Yancy C. Blalock Masonic Lodge in Lake City.
